Supporting your customer on the ground is our team of Field Technicians. They all have years of experience across the range of technologies Paralogic support and a customer focussed mindset. As the face of your company, our team consistently provide a friendly, trustworthy and helpful experience for the end user. Importantly they ensure comprehensive notes are updated into the Partner Portal in order to fully appraise our partners of the fault, diagnosis & resolution.
By partnering with Paralogic, you gain access to flexible and readily available Field-Based Engineers who can fulfil on-site service needs, product swap-out services, and hardware installation requirements. Whether it’s the resale of a 1–5-year Break/Fix maintenance contract or the need for ad-hoc engineering or installation services, we have the expertise to tailor our offerings to meet your specific partner requirements and service level criteria.
Our field engineers are posted up and down the country, enabling us to reach our customer’s locations and get to work as quickly as possible. With various warehouse locations throughout the UK, it gives us access to parts, consumables and loan stock to get our customers up and running.
Have a customer in a hard-to-reach area? We have a team of engineers able to travel to obscure locations with spare parts and a loan device in hand to make sure the issue is resolved first time.
We’re able to offer a stockholding and loan device service to help fulfil your customers’ requirements. Holding parts in our warehouses that can be shipped directly to customers or picked up by engineers en route to a call will help provide a higher first-time fix. Furthermore, loan devices can be held by us and shipped out should a customer’s device have a serious fault, or if parts’ lead times are such that a loan needs to be installed to get them up and running as quickly as possible.
Rather than field servicing, a more cost-effective proposition is utilising our Return to Base (RTB) service. Devices are shipped either by the end user or yourselves to our Workshop in Haddenham where the Workshop team will diagnose and fix the issue before shipping the device back to your business or directly to the end user. We can ship a box and packaging to your end used and arrange for secure courier pickup for a completely seamless service.
The RTB service can also be used to diagnose complex faults or take a device out of the field if parts are on a long back order to save your customer room on site. A number of our customers utilise this service for lower cost warranty work, as without the travel to site it can be much more cost effective.
If there is technology within your customer’s environment that you want to support as part of a wider contract, but don’t necessarily have the skills or resources to do so then we can help. We hold relationships with most major manufacturers in order to obtain parts, manuals and an escalation path for resolving issues.
Our field engineers are highly trained and multi-skilled, allowing them to confidently turn their hand to different manufacturer devices. We can offer short term contracts to co-term with legacy devices being removed before you transition the customer to their new technology.
